NETWORK POLICY

1. All activities of GAB are characterized by transparency and care for respecting the acknowledged standards of ethics, which are the basis for building trust and partnership relations between the Participants of GAB.
2. Participants of GAB take part in GAB in a responsible, professional and reliable way, not taking actions harmful to each other and the GAB network.
3. A GAB Business Angel employs in the Projects only the capital originating from legal sources in order to preserve the transparency of the GAB network’s operations.
4. In order to preserve the GAB network’s security, the GAB Database and the process of Project registering are secured by a system of network security certificates.
5. Any data pertaining to the participants of GAB, in particular personal data, is stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act
6. The project supplier presents information about the Project, while the Business Angel informs about his investment offer; honestly and preserving proper accuracy.
7. Participants of  GAB undertake activities in a professional and honest way and support one another in financial relations, in order to build partnership relations between them.
8. Participants of GAB respect the rules of honest business and execute all duties springing from them in order to strengthen trust in mutual relations.
9. Participants of GAB sign an Investment Contract in a legal manner and dutifully execute the assumptions springing from it.
10. Participants of GAB abide by the commonly valid law and the ethical norms customarily assumed in economic relations.
11. Participants of GAB do not disclose to third parties any confidential information pertaining to a Project, other participants of GAB, including the parties of an Investment Contract, nor do they use it for other means not springing from the Statute of GAB.
12. Participants of GAB settle any debatable issues out of court, respecting the arguments of the second party.
13. Participants of  GAB take care of their good name and pursue its security in a way provided by the law.
